Who We Are
Return Rewards is a community-based customer loyalty and rewards program designed for local businesses in the UAE. We help grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, retail shops, and small businesses attract more customers, increase repeat visits, and grow their sales — at no cost to the shop.
We bring local shops together and promote them through our website and online advertising. Our mission is simple: support local businesses and reward loyal customers.

Four straightforward steps from sign-up to celebrating reward recipients.
Step 1 — Shop Joins for Free
A local shop registers with Return Rewards at no charge. No setup costs.
Step 2 — Customer Details Are Collected
When a customer shops, their name and WhatsApp number are collected with consent.
Step 3 — Weekly Reward Draw
All registered customers are entered into our draw on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of each month.
Step 4 — Recipients Return to the Shop
Recipients collect rewards from the shop where they registered — driving foot traffic and sales.
Optional Community Support
Customers who wish to support the Return Rewards program may make a voluntary additional purchase from the participating shop starting from AED 1. This is entirely optional and is treated as a standard additional purchase — customers are never required to pay to participate in the rewards program.
Customers who choose to make a support purchase receive additional entries into the weekly draw, giving them a better chance of winning. Their support also helps contribute to the shop's earnings.
All support contributions are used to cover program operating costs including advertising, website maintenance, promotion, and community outreach.
Participation in the reward draw is open to all registered customers regardless of any additional purchase. The support contribution is fully voluntary and optional.
